En un fondo de patatas, cortadas muy finas, y fritas previamente en aceite de oliva; colocamos las rodajas de bacalao, sazonadas con sal y peperoncino (guindilla picante). Untamos el bacalao con la mezcla de mayonesa y oregano, y luego al horno.
Fácil y buenísimo!!
